Chris Langmo

Founder

Chris Langmo leads the day-to-day operations of Riverland Property Management, serving property owners and tenants throughout Florence and the surrounding Pee Dee area.

With a hands-on approach and a strong understanding of the local rental market, Chris works closely with owners to protect their investments, maximize the performance of their properties, and take the headaches out of managing rental real estate. From tenant communication and leasing to maintenance coordination and property oversight, his focus is simple: take care of the property, take care of the people, and do things the right way.

Chris believes successful property management is built on communication, accountability, and relationships. Whether working with an owner who has a single rental home or an investor building a larger portfolio, he brings the same level of attention and professionalism to every property.

Ashly E. Hrivnak

Ashly is a Florence native with deep roots in the Pee Dee and more than 15 years of experience in asset, property, and community management. She brings a strong background in compliance adherence, financial reporting, accounting, vendor relationship management, and both resident and owner support. Known for her steady leadership and commitment to excellence, Ashly approaches every community with professionalism, care, and a people‑first mindset.

A mom of two lovely daughters, she enjoys spending time adventuring with her husband and girls and never misses a chance to cheer on the IceCats. Her blend of expertise, hometown pride, and genuine connection to the community makes her a trusted and valued part of the team.
